Legendary Exits was founded in 2019 on the conviction that a legendary exit isn't primarily a financial event. It's a launching pad into the next chapter of your life — and it's only realized when your life, your money, your business, and your legacy are fully aligned. We exist to help owners do that work before the deal closes, not after.

Micah Brandenburg
Founder & President
Micah founded Legendary Exits in 2019 after two decades on both sides of the table: more than $500 million in debt financing structured for lower-middle-market companies at two global banks, then CFO and COO of businesses scaled from $5M to $60M. He is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and was appointed an exit planning advisor to the SBA's THRIVE program in 2024.

Elise has been a partner in the firm since 2024 and leads its national advisor channel. Before Legendary Exits she built her career in fintech, managing national accounts with bank presidents and CTOs for a startup that sold to a public company.
