We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, and only as needed for those purposes. These may include:
- Assessment and quiz software (such as ScoreApp), which powers our assessment and delivers your results
- Email marketing and CRM platforms (such as ActiveCampaign and Pipedrive), which store your information and deliver the communications you opt into
- Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) that help us measure Site usage
- Advertising platforms (such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn) for measurement, conversion tracking, and audience-based advertising, as described above
- Website hosting, form, scheduling, and infrastructure providers that host the Site and deliver notifications
We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy or notify you of any material change). Data Retention
We keep the information you provide (such as assessment responses, form submissions, and email records) for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and pursue our legitimate interests, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires otherwise. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings and defaults of the providers we use.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
